PUMZI??

Part of the Africa First program, Pumzi is a short film produced by Inspired Minority Pictures and written and directed by Wanuri Kahiu of Kenya. This short film has been commissioned by Focus Features and the Goethe Institute. The first film of its type- Science Fiction in Africa. Produced and visualised in typical Simon Hansen style, production value is second to none in creating a whole new world. The story follows Asha on her quest to escape the drone and dream suppressed Post "Water War" world in the search for life outside.
